eGiCCS is an online application launched by Tea Board India and in order to provide best-in-class service to its various stakeholders, Tea Board India has undertaken an end to end IT modernisation project by enabling various individuals / organizations Pan India associated directly or indirectly to the Tea Industry to apply for various license / registrations along with submission of subsidy applications for various subsidy schemes prevailed by Tea Board India and provide a real time tracking of submitted application.

The eGiCCS project, primarily intends to achieve the following:

  1. Wider reach to the stakeholders Pan India through online system
  2. Better customer service via transparent operational strategy and support mechanism

The version 1.0 of eGiCCS online portal has been launched on 27th of March 2018 and hosted on a secure data center at NIC and available 24*7 to all the stakeholders.
